סיכום COP 27

Climate Change Conference (cop27) in Egypt.

the Israel Export Institute מכון היצוא and Foreign Trade Administration – Ministry of Economy & Industry together with many dear partners hosted the Israel's first ever business event at the Climate summit, which was attended by nearly 300 people, and was entirely dedicated to exposing the most innovative Israeli climate technologies in the fields of energy, water, Agtech and food-security.

The event brought together the Israeli Climatech industry with government entities, investors & multinational corporates from around the world, who discussed the opportunities for joint ventures which hopefully will lead to harnessing the Israeli capabilities in favor of addressing climate challenges.

As part of the event, we held a panel discussion with Janet Pahima, Oz Katz, Giora Shaked and Avi Brenmiller, who shared their insights regarding various aspects, among them is the critical importance of regional partnerships with MENA countries to cope with the unique challenges posed by the climate crisis to our region.  We held roundtables discussions, and networking event with leading companies and businesses
